Technical SEO optimization for marketplace site before public launch

AI Freelance Hub (ai-freelance-hub.com) is a niche marketplace for AI automation experts (n8n / Make / Zapier / AI agents), launching publicly soon. Stack: React SPA + Hono backend on a VPS, behind Cloudflare. Scope of work: 1. Technical SEO audit: crawlability of the SPA, meta tags, Open Graph / Twitter cards, canonical URLs 2. sitemap.xml + robots.txt setup for key public pages (home, expert profiles, project listings, blog posts) 3. Structured data (JSON-LD): Organization, JobPosting or Service schema for project listings where appropriate 4. Page speed quick wins (Core Web Vitals) 5. Multilingual SEO: the site serves 6 locales (en, zh-TW, zh-CN, ja, ko, vi) via react-i18next — advise on hreflang strategy Deliverable: audit report + implemented fixes (or a precise ticket list my developer can execute), plus a 30-day post-launch checklist.

Build an MCP server exposing our freelance marketplace API

We run AI Freelance Hub (ai-freelance-hub.com), a marketplace for AI automation projects. We want an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server so AI tools like Claude Desktop and Cursor can query our open project listings directly — e.g. "find me n8n projects under $500". Current state: we have a public tRPC API and an agent API at /api/agent/v1 (API-key authenticated) returning project/leads data as JSON. What I need: 1. An MCP server (TypeScript preferred) exposing tools like: search_projects(query, category, budget_range), get_project(id), list_categories 2. Read-only is fine for v1 — no auth needed for public listings; API-key auth for any private endpoints 3. Deployable as a standalone Node service or Cloudflare Worker (we already use Cloudflare heavily) 4. README with setup instructions + example Claude Desktop config Nice-to-have: a "submit_bid_intent" tool stub we can flesh out later.
