Automation recipe

Automate lead capture and follow-up

The fastest reply usually wins the job — but enquiries arrive while you're on a job, in a meeting or asleep. This automation captures every lead from your form, Facebook page or WhatsApp into one sheet or CRM, pings the right person instantly, and can send a first reply in your name within a minute.

What gets automated

  • Every enquiry source — website form, Facebook Lead Ads, WhatsApp, email — flows into one place
  • Instant notification to you or your sales person in Slack, email or SMS
  • Optional automatic first reply ('got your message, here's our rate card') within a minute
  • Follow-up reminders if a lead hasn't been touched after a day

What it costs

Typical fixed price

$150–$300

final quote depends on your stack — bids are free

One source into one sheet with notifications sits at the low end; multiple sources, CRM integration and auto-replies push toward $300. Either way it's usually a half-day to one-day build — post the project and let specialists quote your exact stack.

Frequently asked questions

Can it reply in Chinese or other languages?

Yes. Reply templates are yours — write them in any language, or have different templates per enquiry type. Several experts on the platform specialise in Cantonese and Chinese customer communication.

I don't use a CRM. Is that a problem?

Not at all — a Google Sheet works fine as the lead list, and most small businesses start exactly there. If you later adopt a CRM, the same automation can be extended to feed it.

What about spam enquiries?

Builders typically add a filter step: obvious spam gets archived, everything else gets through. Your notification only fires for real enquiries.
